Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request ID.

Pack the Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure they pass our quality inspection.

Scheduled Pickup

Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a collection receipt.

Quality Check & Refund

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
